By combining Hurdle’s advanced technology platform with Eurofins Genomics’ extensive global laboratory network, this collaboration is poised to set new standards in the speed and efficiency with which omics tests are used in various industries. The partnership will not only improve upon current systems and applications but also accelerate future innovation in complex biomarker technologies.

  1. Place an Order: placing an order is simple. Select the tests you need, add them to your basket, and proceed to payment. If the address is yours, you can then distribute the kits to the test takers.

  2. Sample Collection: Kits are dispatched directly to your patients, who also receive collection instructions and information on how to return the samples.

  3. Test Registration: Each test taker will need to register their test online by scanning the QR code on the kit's box or by entering the provided URL into a web browser. This step allows us to collect basic information such as sex and birth date, and notifies the lab that a sample is on its way.

  4. Sample Processing: Once we receive a sufficient number of samples, we will analyze them in batches. The time from order to processing can vary based on how quickly samples are returned by the test takers.

  5. Receive Results: In order to prepare everything that is needed to deliver the correct files with the results to you, we need to know where you'd like to receive them. We currently support delivery to an SFTP server of your choice. We will need to know the server address, the credentials with upload permissions, and if applicable, any private key we need to use in order to connect. Your SFTP server needs to support concurrency. Once the results are ready, we will contact you to ask for your preference. You can also let us know via the Contact Us section of this website.

  6. File Upload After analysis, the resulting files will be uploaded to the SFTP server you provided. This process may take several days, especially for larger files that require more time to transfer.

  7. Notification of Completion You will receive an email notification once the file upload is complete and your results are ready.
